Lecithin is a mix of different natural
phospholipids obtained by solvent extraction process. It is yellowish brown
viscous fluid and best known as an emulsifier, stabilizer, moisturizing agent,
mild preservative, release agent, viscosity modifier, wetting agent, mixing
